WithU Daily offers 5 ways to prioritise your well-being: Boost, Build, Flow, Breathe, and Blend, represented by the coloured tiles on your home screen.

Each session has a unique focus, allowing you to get a different experience based on how you’re feeling, and what your wellness goals are:

  • Boost sessions → HIIT/cardio

  • Build sessions → Strength

  • Flow sessions → Yoga, Pilates & Mobility

  • Breathe sessions → Meditation & Reflection

  • Blend sessions → A mixture of session styles

You can tap the (i) icon on each category’s tile to learn more about each session at any time.

Can’t decide? Tap ‘Surprise Me’ and you’ll get a random session from one of the options you haven’t already completed that day.
